General Terms

These Terms govern your use of Lalabet’s website and related services (the "Site"). By opening an account or using any service offered on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the services.

• You accept that Lalabet may update these Terms from time to time and will provide notice of significant changes by suitable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• The binding version of these Terms is the English-language version. Other translations are provided for convenience unless otherwise stated; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

Eligibility, Regulation and Compliance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside and to comply with applicable laws. Lalabet does not guarantee the legality of your activities in any jurisdiction.

• Lalabet may restrict access or prohibit participation for residents or nationals of certain jurisdictions. Current and evolving restrictions will be reflected in our internal lists and may be updated without prior notice.
• Some software providers available through the Site may impose additional territorial restrictions. By using such software, you warrant that you are not located in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited.

Your Lalabet Account

To access the Site’s features, you must register a personal Lalabet account in your own name. Each person is entitled to one active account. The following rules apply to account ownership and use:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Any person who correctly enters your login details will be treated as you.
• Accounts, winnings, deposits, and bets are personal; you may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any rights or funds associated with it.
• Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed without notice, with potential for forfeiture of promotions and winnings tied to the duplicate accounts.
• You must promptly update Lalabet of any changes to registration information so that records remain accurate.
• You may request account closure at any time, subject to the conditions described for balance, withdrawals, and outstanding transactions.

Lalabet may collect information to verify identity, age, residence, and source of funds. You agree to provide documents upon request, including certified identification, proofs of residence, and payment-method ownership. Typical requests must be fulfilled within ten (10) days after notification. Lalabet may suspend or withhold funds or close your account if documentation is not provided within the timeframe.

• A standard verification process (KYC) may be conducted before and after deposits or withdrawals.
• Lalabet may perform background checks withFinancial institutions or credit agencies as part of verification and ongoing compliance.

By using the Site, you warrant and undertake that:

• You act on your own behalf and are legally capable of gambling where permitted.
• All information provided during registration is true, complete, and current, and you will update it as required.
• You understand that gambling involves monetary risk and you may lose funds deposited in your account.
• The funds used for deposits originate from lawful sources; you are not colluding with others in dishonest or unlawful activity.
• Any payment method used for funding belongs to you and is not stolen or compromised.

Lalabet processes payments through approved payment solutions. You may fund and withdraw using the methods available on the Site, with withdrawals generally expected to be processed via the same method used for depositing whenever feasible.

• The Site balance is not a bank balance and does not earn interest; it is not insured against loss unless required by applicable law.
• By depositing, you consent to Lalabet debiting your balance for any amounts owed under these Terms or applicable law, and you agree to refrain from chargebacks where prohibited by policy.
• Lalabet may set minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion and may adjust these limits from time to time.

Refunds and chargebacks are governed by Lalabet’s refund policy. Refund requests may be considered only within the timeframes described below and are subject to verification of identity and ownership of the payment method:

• Refunds are not allowed once a deposited amount (including any bonus) has been used to play with the Site’s services.
• Withdrawal requests may be initiated within the user’s account or via dedicated support channels. A request may be evaluated within a defined window, typically twenty-four (24) hours for a first review and up to five (5) days for processing depending on the payment method.
• If a card payment is involved, Lalabet may refund to the card up to the amount originally deposited, subject to verification and detection of any fraudulent activity.

Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate terms. Each promotion will specify eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum winnings, and expiry. Abuse or manipulation of bonuses, including attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying wagering requirements, may result in withholding withdrawals, confiscation of bonus funds, or account termination.

An account becomes dormant after six (6) months of inactivity. Lalabet will attempt to contact the account holder prior to classifying it as dormant. If there is no response within seven (7) days of the notice, the account may be designated dormant and subject to an administrative fee. The first €5 (or equivalent in your currency) fee accrues at the end of the sixth month of inactivity and may be waived if the account holder logs in during the dormancy period.

• Lalabet reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including for suspected rule violations or risk-based reasons.

Lalabet may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account, suspend certain features, or remove access at any time without prior notice for security, compliance, or risk management reasons. In such cases, Lalabet will communicate the basis for action where practicable.

Lalabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing for purposes including identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. Cookies may be used to enhance functionality and user experience; you consent to such use by continuing to browse the Site.

All content on the Site, including software, graphics, and text, is owned by Lalabet or licensed to Lalabet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site content without explicit written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lalabet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site. Lalabet’s liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts actually paid by you to Lalabet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, except where prohibited by law. Lalabet excludes liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Lalabet. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lalabet relating to the Site and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Lalabet’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In these Terms, the following terms have the indicated meanings unless the context requires otherwise: (i) "Site" means Lalabet’s website and any related platforms; (ii) "Promotion" means any marketing offer presented by Lalabet; (iii) "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures; (iv) "you" and "your" refer to the participant or account holder; (v) "we/us/our" refer to Lalabet and its affiliates, as applicable.
