About the Lalabet Affiliate Program

The Lalabet Affiliate Program provides an opportunity for qualified publishers to earn revenue by promoting Lalabet through approved channels. Participation is subject to this Agreement and ongoing compliance with Lalabet’s licensing and responsible gambling obligations.

Eligibility and Registration

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in online gaming marketing where allowed by law.
  • Affiliates may not target restricted jurisdictions or imply endorsement by authorities beyond Lalabet’s stated licensing framework.
  • Applicants must provide accurate business details and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements as requested by Lalabet.
  • Approval occurs after review. Upon approval, the Affiliate gains access to the tracking portal and approved marketing materials.

Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a share of net revenue generated by players referred through valid tracking links. The Program uses tiered rates with monthly thresholds as follows:

  • Base tier: 25% of net revenue.
  • Mid tier: 30% of net revenue when monthly net revenue from referred players reaches the defined threshold.
  • Top tier: 35% of net revenue when monthly net revenue exceeds the higher threshold.
  • No negative carryover applies. Refunds, chargebacks, or player withdrawals are deducted from net revenue before calculating commissions.

Tracking, Reporting and Attribution

  • All referrals are tracked via unique affiliate IDs and attribution is last-click, subject to appropriate cookie behavior.
  • The tracking cookie remains valid for 60 days, subject to browser settings and user consent.
  • Affiliates have access to a secure reporting portal showing clicks, signups, funded accounts, and net revenue per period, with options to export data.

Payouts and Payments

  • Minimum payout threshold is 100 USD or equivalent in the chosen currency.
  • Payouts occur on a monthly cycle, on or around the 15th of each month, for net revenue accumulated in the prior calendar month.
  • Available payment methods include bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, and cryptocurrency transfers as offered by Lalabet at the time of payment.
  • Processing times may take up to 5 business days for bank transfers and up to 3 business days for electronic wallets after the payment run date.
  • Withholding or adjustment may occur for refunds, disputes, or suspected fraud in accordance with Lalabet’s anti-fraud policy.

Marketing Materials and Brand Guidelines

  • Affiliates may access approved banners, landing pages, and copy in the Affiliate Portal. Materials must be used as provided or with written approval from Lalabet.
  • Brand usage must comply with Lalabet’s guidelines; no modifications that could mislead players or imply guarantees beyond the program messages.
  • Marketing content should include clear disclosures and not promise guaranteed results.

Compliance, Responsible Gambling and Anti-Fraud

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and Lalabet’s AML/KYC requirements and implement responsible gambling messaging as required.
  • Lalabet monitors traffic quality. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in withholding of commissions, termination of the partnership, and potential legal action.

Geographic Scope and Licensing

Lalabet operates under a valid gaming license issued by the applicable regulatory authority. The Program is offered where lawful and permissible; affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing complies with local laws and licensing conditions.

Term, Termination and Renewal

  • The Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance in the Lalabet Affiliate Portal and remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, affiliates may receive commissions for active players generated prior to termination, in accordance with the last completed payment cycle, subject to outstanding balances and deductions described herein.
  • All rights granted to the affiliate terminate on termination, and affiliates must remove Lalabet branding from marketing materials within 10 business days unless otherwise agreed.

Data Protection and Privacy

Both Lalabet and affiliates process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates must maintain appropriate data security measures and process personal data solely for administering the Program.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts as designated by Lalabet in the Affiliate Portal. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
